Diversity & Inclusion at Osmii

D&I is essential in every company, as it is proven with years of studies, that it increases sales revenues, creativity, competitiveness, innovation, team collaboration, and business performance. In 2013, Deloitte published “Waiter, is that inclusion in my soup?” in which they tied diversity and inclusion to better business performance (83%), responsiveness to customer needs (31%), and team collaboration (42%).

“We at Osmii firmly believe that our approach to diversity enriches our internal and external relationships, as well as enhancing the knowledge and experience we bring to our clients’ recruitment and employee retention issues.

By recruiting professionals from a range of backgrounds at all levels of seniority, a business is able to gain access to a wide variety of viewpoints and perspectives and can also impact productivity in a positive way.”

Osmii D&I Rule

As close as we can we implement, across the business, we apply the rule of at least one female candidate for every male candidate we send to our clients.

The Challenge - Women in STEM

When we speak about Women in STEM, we believe this starts from the heart of an organisation. We recognise our clients are at the forefront of this change, but require external support to implement D&I.

What does that mean? By supplying our clients with a diverse pool of candidates, we are ultimately making their business more competitive.

The tech sector is male dominated - in the UK alone, only 17% are women
